Hot on the heels of a VERY successful project #8, Craft Hope is teaming up with ConKerr Cancer for project #9. ConKerr Cancer began 2 years ago with an aim to benefit terminally ill children by providing them with bright and cheerful pillowcases. It may sound like such a small thing, but anyone who has had a lengthy hospital stay can tell you that things can get pretty boring and blah looking in their room after a while. They are especially in need of pillowcases for boys and older children. It's just so easy to craft for little girls that these 2 groups are often forgotten. The deadline for this project is September 15th (September is Childhood Cancer Awareness month). Visit Craft Hope for all of the details.
